Presentation on Cloud Computing by Dr. Alina Lazar

The student chapter of the ACM at YSU will be having a presentation over cloud
computing by Dr. Alina Lazar. Cloud computing is a general term for anything that
involves delivering hosted services over the Internet. Virtually all large web services run
atop multiple geographically distributed data centers. These services must scale
thousands of machines, tolerate faults, and support thousands of concurrent requests. To
